What happens next
01

We read it properly

An engineer or delivery lead reads your note ? not a form-routing system.

02

A short call

Thirty minutes to understand the operation, the constraint and the timeline.

03

An honest answer

A scoped plan, a recommendation to start smaller, or a straight 'we're not the right team'.

?Tell us the outcome you need. We'll tell you the smallest system that gets you there.?

Questions

The things clients actually ask first.

Still unsure where your project fits? Send a two-line description and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team for it.

With a conversation and then a short discovery. We map the process, agree what success looks like in measurable terms, and produce a scoped plan with phases. You own that plan whether or not you continue with us.

Yes. A large part of our work is helping smaller operations get the kind of systems that were previously only economical for enterprises — scoped to a first phase that pays for the next one.

You do. Repositories, documentation, infrastructure definitions and design files are handed over. We build so that another competent team could pick the system up.

Usually the question is which part of it is. If dataaccess, definitions and ownership are unclear, we fix those first — an AI system built on contested data produces confident nonsense.

Almost always. Most of our work sits inside a landscape of existing ERP, CRM, POS and finance systems. Integration is designed in from the first architecture session.

Support, monitoring and an agreed iteration cadence.Systems earn their value in the years after launch, so we planfor that period explicitly rather than treating go-live as thefinish line.
